Now, we get into the fun stuff: the real "meat-and-potatoes" of paperless caching. There are three basic steps: Preparation, the actual caching, and then the post-caching activities (downloading/logging/etc). We'll take them in the logical order, and describe each process in some detail.

  • Pre Caching: Preparations for a caching blitz in a particular location
  • Geocaching: Most of this will seem pretty familiar - with a few extra steps
  • Post Caching: Syncing data from CacheMate, importing, and logging finds
